Figures are gross pre-tax estimates based on average market rates for OTR drivers in the US (CPM $0.50–0.75, 2,200–3,000 miles per week). On top of CPM, many carriers pay detention, layover and extra-stop pay. Your exact pay is set by the employer in the job offer.

- Have at least 2 years of verifiable professional driving experience (C/CE)
- Speak basic English — understand instructions and the dispatcher
- Have a clean driving record and complete documents
- Have no criminal record — a police clearance certificate is mandatory
- Accept that the entire process, from application to departure, is handled exclusively through us
- Are ready to relocate and work at full capacity

The program fee covers only lawful support services that a candidate may pay for under applicable H-2B and local regulations. It is not a fee for a job, recruitment or a visa, nor a guarantee of employment. The final hiring decision is made by the US employer, and the visa decision by the competent US authorities.

Is the job guaranteed?
No. No honest agency can guarantee a job or a visa. We prepare you and present you to employers, and the American company makes the decision. That is exactly why we charge nothing before selection and a contract.
Do I need perfect English?
No. You need basic professional communication — understanding instructions, the dispatcher and road signs. We check your level in a short conversation.
When and how do I pay?
The program is paid in two installments, with an invoice for each: the first installment of €500 reserves your place and is paid only after we review and approve your documents; the second installment of €2,000 is paid after you pass the employer interview and sign the contract.
Do I get my money back?
Yes. The €2,500 you pay is a guarantee, not a cost. We return the full amount in your first week after arriving in America, to the same account the payment was made from. This condition is written into the contract you sign before the first payment.
What happens to the first €500 if I do not pass the employer interview?
If you do not pass the employer interview, we refund the full €500. In practice this almost never happens, because every candidate first goes through a mock interview with us and we prepare them thoroughly for the employer interview.
What if I fail the visa interview and do not get a visa?
If for any reason you do not get the visa, we refund the full amount you paid, with no deductions. This is written into the contract, so your money is not at risk.
What if I change my mind and withdraw?
If you withdraw, we refund the full amount you paid, with no deductions. This condition is written into the contract you sign before the first payment.
How and when do I get my refund?
We return the €2,500 guarantee in your first week after arriving in America. If you withdraw or are not granted a visa, the money is paid back within 30 days of a written request. Refunds always go to the same account the payment was made from, and you receive an official document for every payment and every refund.
How do I know this is not a scam?
You never pay anything to apply, interview or be selected. Payments go only to the company account (never to a personal account or in cash), only under a signed written contract, with an invoice for each installment. Refund terms are part of the contract. If anyone asks you for money on our behalf any other way — do not pay and let us know.
Will I drive a truck right after I arrive?
It depends on the employer and federal regulations. Often you need to complete the CDL/DMV procedure and internal training. We help coordinate those steps.
How long is the wait from signing the contract and paying to leaving for America?
From signing the contract and paying to departing for America takes 6 to 12 months. The exact timing depends on the employer’s hiring cycle and visa processing. You receive an outline plan at the interview, and we notify you in writing of any change in the timeline.
How many places are there in the program?
The number of places is limited and depends on how many positions American employers open in each cycle. We review candidates in order of application, and once places are filled, applications close until the next cycle.
Can I apply again if I withdraw now?
No. Places are limited and every application takes a place from another candidate. That is why candidates who apply without serious intent, miss a scheduled interview, provide false information or withdraw without a valid reason permanently lose the right to reapply. Apply only if you are completely sure you want to go through the whole process.
Can I bring my family?
It depends on the visa type. We discuss this individually during the interview.
